Online appointment scheduling is provided through ZocDoc, a third-party service. By using the online scheduling feature, you agree to ZocDoc's terms of service in addition to ours. Appointments scheduled online are subject to confirmation by our office. We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments as necessary.

Payment is due at the time of service unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept most major dental insurance plans, and our team will assist with claims filing. For patients without insurance, we offer in-house membership plans. Financing is available through CareCredit, Cherry, and Proceed Finance. Outstanding balances not resolved within 90 days may be subject to collection efforts.
By providing your mobile phone number to DMD Dental & Wellness, you consent to receive text messages including but not limited to appointment reminders, appointment confirmations, post-treatment follow-up messages, billing reminders, and practice announcements. Message frequency varies based on your appointment schedule and account activity. Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message from DMD Dental & Wellness. After opting out, you will receive a confirmation message and will no longer receive text communications from us. You may opt back in at any time by contacting our office. We do not charge for text messages, but your mobile carrier's standard messaging rates may apply. DMD Dental & Wellness is not responsible for any charges incurred from your mobile carrier.
